Welcome to Betmar. By accessing or using our website, services, and software applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Parent-Led Academic Oversight

Betmar is designed as a planning and organization workspace for parent-led homeschool families. Parents are the ultimate academic lead:

  • Oversight Responsibility: Parents are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving all lesson plans, curriculum generation, assessments, and progress records.
  • Compliance: Families are solely responsible for ensuring their homeschool curriculum and learning records comply with all local, state, program, or regional homeschool laws and requirements.
  • AI Assistance Boundaries: The Service provides intelligent suggestions, lesson generation, and quiz scaffolding. These are tools to *assist* parent-led instruction, not a substitute for parent grading or educational oversight.

3. Acceptable Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial homeschool administration and learning. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service's APIs, backend functions, or database structures.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other families' private workspace records, data, or media buckets.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Beta Testing and Pricing

Betmar is currently preparing for beta access. During the beta period, the Service is offered free of charge for participating families. Pricing plans for public launch will be communicated clearly in advance, and no charges will apply without explicit authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific educational state standards or that the AI-generated suggestions will be error-free.
